PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS : 

We are excited to welcome you to the Gala Dinner at Château des Pères on Thursday, October 24th. Please find the key details below:

• Meeting Point: From 5:30 PM in front of “Hôtel des Ventes”, 32 Place des Lices (5-minute walk from “Couvent des Jacobins”).
• First Bus Departure: 5:45 PM (don’t be late, we only have 7 bus to onboard you).
• Last Bus Departure : 6:15 PM
• Return Time: 11:00 PM from Château des Pères.

Important Information:

• Badge Required: Please ensure you have your badge indicating your Gala Dinner participation.
• Accompanying Guests: Their names will be on a guest list, and they will need to show an ID or passport.
• Issues or Questions: The registration desk is open until early afternoon for any assistance.
