SPECIAL SESSIONS PROPOSAL

Important Information and Guidelines


To submit a proposal, complete the form below and email it to tpc-radar2024@see.asso.fr by January 31st, 2024.

Notification of provisional acceptance is within 2 weeks following the submission deadline. If your proposal is provisionally accepted, authors can submit a paper indicating they wish to present their work as part of this special session. 

Note that paper submissions for special sessions are subject to the same acceptance criteria as regular submissions.

Your special session proposal will only be definitively accepted or not at the end of the paper review process. To facilitate the correct assignment of papers to special sessions, we advise you, prior to your submission, to indicate prospective authors in the submission form. For special session proposals that are not accepted, authors will still have the option to submit their paper as a regular paper.

  • Special session proposal submission deadline: January 31, 2024
  • Pre-acceptance of the proposal: February 15, 2024
  • Final proposal acceptance: at the end of the paper acceptance process.
